Section Bender for Press Handle?

Hi guys, I'm rejuvenating a flypress (scrapyard find). I need to make a handle for it. I'm going for a wheel type handle rather than a bar & ball-weights type.

I'm looking for someone who can roll-bend me some solid bar of 'decent' diameter - 2"? More? It need to have some mass to it. Around a metre in diameter.

Before I search elsewhere I thought I'd join in the recent spate of requesting services on the forum!

Anyone on here got some hefty rollers? Pref in the southern half of UK.

I've got some section rolls not got the capacities off the top of my head but I'm sure they will roll 20mm+ solid section to a 500 radius. I'm in bucks but will be in basingstoke in the next 3 or 4 weeks.

Weve a decent ring roll, not sure on capacities...i can find out.

Looking at the one i think it is online, 60mm solid to 32" diameter....
Not got formers for round other than 48mm chs, but lets be honest.... put it in a normal former and it wont go far out of shape, probably a slight flat on the inside and outside.

Just weighed it - bang on 1 tonne. It doesn't have a number on it, but its an F J Edwards / Besco, somewhere around a number 10 I think. It has a triple start thread on the screw, which puts it up amongst the larger flavours. Smaller presses having a four start thread. Hence my desire for a weighty flywheel. I sold a number 4 to help pay for it, which is a pretty regular size.

Tomb, many thanks, I will keep you in mind as a backup plan, but it seems Hitch might be able to help me out with rolling some 60mm solid.

I was wondering about the weight myself, and your question triggered a 'what the hell' moment, so I decided to find out (pics below).

According to this: http://www.flypress.com/manual_sizes.htm the mass makes it a number 12. With a corresponding flywheel mass of 264lbs. But it doesn't say at what radius - which makes it kind of useless...

At 1m diameter a 60mm solid bar ring has a mass of very roughly 80 kgs. I guess it'll take some stopping. I guess I could always add more mass if needed.
