Since we've done some steps & still the same issue. On this one, as the item has passed 30 days return window the best thing here to do is to contact the manufacture for additional support to fix the problem and claim the warranty.

Don't be ridiculous. Under UK law, it is up to the SELLER to sort out issues. My contract is with Amazon, not the manufacturer. Perhaps you would prefer me to do a Section 75 CCA claim instead?
