It took me a day too remove the new panel from the salvage section. I was impressed with the quality of the steel, but not how many cutting and grinding disks I went through! It was like working on a mini Volvo!I used to run salvage cars all the time, buy one and fix it then run it for a couple of years do another when I got fed up of it. It was not a money making thing just about paid for itself most of the time and the longest I kept one was 5 years. I used to like to keep as much of the original panel as possible to work to on rear quarters. Have you got your replacement cut out and the spot welds removed, that's a pain of a job if you're going for the whole panel.
