Sealing up Discovery

Well the Portamig has done a brilliant job of glueing my 300 tdi Commercial back together so now it's finishing up time.
I have seam sealer so I'm thinking of a liberal dosing of that on the inside followed by a coat or two of Galvafroid (zinc-rich primer for those that haven't heard of it) and then a glossy top coat. On the exterior I'm thinking the same plus stonechip or underseal then waxoyl to finish.
Anyone think that's all wrong or have any better ideas please?

I applied stonechip on top of sealant and the sealant was too flexible the stonechip peeled of it, i was advised by the manufacturer to do it this way as well.

I would zinc prime over the welds, then seam seal ,then zinc prime over the seam sealer followed by stonechip then topcoat, and then if your still not happy shultz over the top

i prefer primer then glossy paint/chassis black

easy to jet wash clean and if any scabs reappear you see them fast enough to deal with it rather than hidden under a inch of underseal

Painted the Galvafroid on yesterday but don't think it had time to go off properly (especially with the really damp night we had) because when i applied the seam sealer it reacted and the primer went really wet.
Damnit!
Never mind I'm sure it willl cure and I can still take it for test.
