I've got a weep on concrete ring installed 1m below ground level. The ring sits on a slab and a slurry mix was used to seal the interface. It has worked for the most. But I have 3-5 areas where the joint is weeping ground water in. One of them as soon as you remove the sponge it dribbles again.
Any suggestions as has to seal them

- the pressure of the water would push it out. This stuff was good, got the leak from behind.
, i think that was the name of the seal that would have been put between the sections of rings that had failed. Or maybe that was Tokstrip..?
