The specs say it will cut 145mm box @ 45 degrees. I need to cut 150mm.
Is it possible to do this or is it that tight.

I'd say most manufacturers "Capacities" are at their max limit.
Especially as Sealey don't make the stuff they sell, it's all re-branded as far as I know.
How many times are you going to use this 45 deg angle to its max cap, you may be better off just paying the steel stockholder to cut it to size.....or buy a square/45 deg and get some cutting discs.
