I had similar with mine , water just poured through the joints and under the slab .
I waited for good weather , until it was dry enough , all the way around the floor with bitumen , 4 inch across the floor and 4 inch up the wall , and across all panel joints . I bough 5 or 6 rolls of flash band , bitumen backed foil tape , then applied that across the floor joint and up the panels , using a blow lamp to heat it as I went and forced it down with a 2 “ chisel . The heat is needed to get it to stick properly , not melt , just soften it .
Since then , I’ve had no problems . All in cost about £100 inc can of bitumen and flash band . I painted the bitumen on first as a primer / sealer to get a good seal to the concrete floor .
