I have a number of scrolling jigs that have been made over the years, mostly by my father around 30 yrs ago. Some jigs are a good 50 yrs old. We run a ironwork business by the way... He loves scrolls - I don't. But hey different strokes for different folks. Most of our scrollers are two piece and are used mainly on 10mm x 3mm through to 25mm x 6mm. All on the same jigs and done buy hand. Quite easy. You bend the first part of the curve then add the second part of the jig to scroll it round further. The jigs have a small bearing in the middle. For larger scrolls using say 40mm x 10mm we use a naagassa scroller - spelt wrong i know even though I look at it every day!
