Just generally better prices from TS in my experience & my local are all over it when it comes to Click & Collect

We have a Scewfix and a Toolstation across the road from each other, and several times if they haven't something in stock, the guy has said, ' I'm pretty sure they've got some across the road' etc.

We have a Toolstation next door to Screwfix in Alfreton. Very handy

Shipley is the same,

Skipton they are on the same bit of road in an industrial estate - quite often you see the same people in front and coming in behind you

Same in Louth and Skegness, I always check the prices against both and end up getting some from SF and some from TS. I only click and collect too, never wait for a delivery in case they can't get it right

not the thirst time i have click and collect,went in to store to be told not in stock

I’ve never had a problem, as they sort the order out and box it off to one side, so unless someone is doing something untoward I can’t see why they shouldn’t have your order to hand.

They send me a text when the order is ready, sometimes there may be a delay on part of a multiple order, but they tell me that.
