Not the sort of stuff I was particularly after but good stuff though, well worth a listen
Thanks for all the suggestions so far, some great stuff there, keep 'em coming
Also worth a mention as interesting Edinburgh musicians in a cross genre stylee are McFalls Chamber Orchestra.
My fave Embra band of the mo, more for their showmanship than their music, is Orchestra Del Sol. Top chaps. New CD coming out in a week. "Moveable Feast" You saw it here first folks.

Well, pretty much got my music sorted, thanks to all. Got my haggis ordered and got some nice (expensive ) smoked haddock (not that bright yellow sh!te! ).
I'm doing the meal next sat and the menu is.....................
Potato and parsnip rosti with steamed leek-wrapped haggis served with a whisky sauce
Finnan Haddie with a mornay sauce and potato champ
Scottish fruit and whisky tart served with ice cream
Gaelic coffee and petticoat tails
Followed by.......Nicky Campbell's 'wheel of misfortune' (cos he's the only Scottish gameshow host I can think of ) Just got to knock a wheel up and think of some forfeits now .
There's a great little green hut on the Oban harbor wall that sells hot smoked salmon. Great with melba toast!!! You got a spare seat, Woz? Dinner sounds goooood.

Got to go a bit steady this time, last year's do here my mate fell off my sofa and broke his nose on our laminate floor . It was inevitable, he'd already fallen off two chairs . That was playing roulette for shots of tequila, choose red or black, get it wrong, drink a shot. Think it was 7 in a row he lost!
Yep was a laugh, me and my mate were clamming and got blown oot! Headed to the Applecross Inn, got a tad bladdered as you can see hehe........a drive up and down the Bealach na Ba is one not to be forgotten!!
