Schneider Merlin Gerin Boards

Bit of a strange one but my new Schneider (merlin gerin) metal clad 3 phase boards arrived today (that take the multi 9 modular devices) and the colour code inside seems to be:-

Live 1 - Grey
Live 2 - Black
Live 3 - Brown


All of the ceeform sockets (with spring clip fittings) I bought for fitting are marked with Live 1 being brown and Live 3 being Grey Live 2 remains black.

The swa cable is to the current colour code (black, grey, brown, blue). Somewhere I'm going to have a colour mismatch to ensure Live 1 and Live 3 in the board translate correctly into the plug. I guess this is better inside the board as opposed to all the plugs?

I used Merlin / Schneider boards all the time and have found no real problems.

The sliders are marked (by colour) brown live 1, black live 2, grey live 3. Wondering whether it was put together wrong?

The isolation sliders are normally the only colour coded parts, which bit is marked incorrectly?

Normally vertical on all the 3ph boards I've seen.

I think that this is a misunderstanding of how a b type board is laid out?

Yeah vertical bus bars 6/8/12 ways etc brown black grey top to bottom.

Yes it is the sliders that are colour coded.
