scare crow

I was on my way home from the coast a few weeks ago when I came into a little village that was having it's annual scarecrow competition. some of the scarecrows were brilliant so I turned around at the far end of the village and went back for another chuckle. these two made me laugh. just imagine having one too many in the local and bumping into these two on your walk home

it was on the east coast just above Skegness somewhere I wasent taking much notice around grainthorpe I think. they were full sized Wallace and grommet could av scared the hell out of some old dear at dusk

I should have stopped to take more photos but it was a bit awkward. there was a scarecrow on the pavement they had made it look like a workman coming up out of a manhole from his waist up he had hi viz vest hard hat and a mug of tea it looked great.
