had the same b.s trying to order traditional razors for saving , some chap in germany sent em over no bother
very easy for a child sneaking onto dads pc, so I agree something is needed.
I have no issue with a random delivery driver bowling up and asking for proof of age if the recipient is or could be a minor. What I object to is the idea that said random delivery driver should be entitled to see official personal documentation. or that Amazon should expect said information to be given to them up front. The question is easy... Is this person a minor or appears to be? Answer: refuse to hand over without age verification. Otherwise tick the box and everyone bar Nanny is happy.Get the same with booze, a flash of the driving licence usually suffices,
Age 61 and 10/12
But they can buy a car. ????Amazon lets you stay logged in and only one click to purchase so very easy for a child sneaking onto dads pc, so I agree something is needed.
You will never stop the criminals intent on carrying a knife but it may reduce the ease for a 13 year old from self harming or something like that. There is a reason they wont sell bladed items to under 18's in a real shop and I sort of agree with it.
I had a shotgun license at 14...But they can buy a car. ????
with them in their pockets then it has to be a sensible ruling, surely?
But we both know the real world is long gone, Its like Gotham City out there with no rules.Yes, it is a very valid point and like Communism it's an excellent idea. The issue is with the real world. Said thugs are not going to be buying from Amazon to begin with and even if they were, a tiny obstacle like that would be easily overcome. Look how easy it is to acquire firearms and you don't buy those openly from online stores.
Without sounding harsh when is the last time you worked/walked/spent time in one of our main big city's?
Poor sod !Every weekday for 40 years!
In the back of a ScimitarAdmit it. You’re cashing in on the NHS waiting lists and doing back street open heart surgery with a free vasectomy.
Carrying a 14" Bowie knife strapped to your leg 30 years ago was considered normal if wearing combat trousersWhen I was 16 I carried around a dozen knives in my back pack on an FS1E moped.
Then got on a train and when I got off I walked across the city to the food and Domestic Arts College and never once did I even think about stabbing anyone.
Has these kind of killings diminished with the age laws being enacted ?if you buy kitchen knives in shops they check you for age these days. one of my neighbours went to a party in 2018 I'd known him since he was a baby and at 17 he was murdered at the party, he was stabbed to death by someone he didnt know, he just took a dislike to him. Thats real life.
you really do ask some stupid questionsHas these kind of killings diminished with the age laws being enacted ?
