Saw wheels

Not sure if that describes things BUT . I have seen a set of wheels that used a scissor jack to raise and lower a set of wheels so a saw bench could be moved into position and moved around easily.

Sadly I cant remember how it all worked and i cant find the article.

Any one have any ideas and may know here I saw it. It may be this forum but might not be. lol

I have and I still cant find the damn article that I read before. Its so annoying when you know something exists but cant relocate it.

I found one but its not the one. lol The one I saw was made out of metal and welded up....aaarrggggggggghhh
