can anyone help with obtaining workshop risk assessment charts to display in the workshop,or a downloadable version?

There should be loads of examples on Google then just make your own up from the examples, look at a few and you'll soon get the feel of whats needed they are all common sense stuff like removing fuel from sources of ignition and so on

You cod even just walk around looking for the obvious write it down, who will be affected how to minimise the risk blah blah blah and you're done

I fear there'd always be tasks I'd forget & once I've recognised these risks & stated them I'd have to be 100% covered.

What do you exactly want?

There's no such thing as a risk assessment chart that you can download and display. A risk assessment is an evaluation of a a hazard and the the potential for that hazard to be realised and the possible consequences, quite often incorporating control measures that may be applied in mitigation.

If it's a template form you need to conduct a risk assessment then there's plenty available to suit the complexity or simplicity of your situation. But no such thing as a download that you can simply display as they need to be bespoke.

The process of risk assessment is exactly the same in any situation, however, weather it's required and how its applied varies by some of your examples
