Saf-fro tig set 160cc

Anyone have a link to manual for a FRO Tigset 160cc (ac/dc tig)???
I have a prob with HF, just will not work, but scratch starts are fine.

I had to email Saf-fro for a manual, they gave me one for the 160CC I think but cant find it now where as I had the 160 FP. http://www.saf-fro.com/en/technical-documentation/use-and-maintenance-manuals.html

Mine was a intermittent on the hf and had a solid state driven high voltage transformer.

Take the cover off the top and look for the transformer as it has a fuse mounted on it worth a look first... Is yours ACDC? Though they were DC only sets.

I've had a look on the saf-fro site & can't seem to locate any manuals. (Prob my poor search skills) I'll send them an email to see if they can help.
Yes it's a FRO tigset 160cc, it is indeed ac/dc with HF, scratch and mma ability.

I'll have a look in the top for the fuse tomorrow morn. I'm not sure whether it's got the old style 'points' in there, which are an obvious. It's an old ish machine.

I'll go out to the workshop in a sec n shoot some pics for the welderphiles.

Ah I see bit older than mine, yeah I had to email for my manual as they don't list many of the fro machines on there.

I never had chance to get outside & open it up today(on nightshift this wk) but will defo do so on one of the afternoons this week, and post some pics of the guts of this thing.
