Rustic shelves

Today I had a day off of the vintage Harrison lathe rebuild and had to make the mrs some rustic shelves. A couple of off cuts of scaffolding board. An 80 grit orbital and some dark oak bee wax...I use 80 grit as it helps to pull the grain up but not making it perfectly smooth...job done.

Yes mate. She happy. She got the brackets off some website. A complete load of crud. I hate modern shelving and like old timbers

Hi, You could do the seat as well while you've got the stuff out, ask senior management see what she thinks.

Management wanted them done ages ago. It was a put it on the list and I see what happens
