TPU ones work fine, I printed my own jacking pads. Just make sure it's a good TPU - way too many low temp ones use bases that aren't actually stable long term against oil.

Great idea. Do you know what Shore hardness you used and would you have gone for harder if you could?

My Transit camper has a kink in the sill edge, I’ve been there every time it’s been jacked up, done under the suspension correctly ....... all except one time when a tyre place wouldnt let me watch. It had to be there, what stupidity to try to jack up nearly 3 tons on the sill. Too late, now the damage was done long before I noticed it.

I did thanks, as I said above (yesterday, 10.17pm). None with the deep slot I'm after.

I went and had a tyre done on my "new" daily the other day at a backstreet place I've always used for years. They use trolley jacks on the sill point. As I heard it slip on the sill edge I said "FFS I'm fed up with bent sills and scraped edges!"

"Oh, we've got a puck somewhere" came the reply. Going to insist on it in future or get and keep my own in the glove box with the wheel nut.

I've never had a tyre place jack under the sills - they always use somewhere more substancial.

I used 93A
You could go harder but that seems plenty tbfh.
