I will be undertaking the arduous task of removing and replacing the underbody coating on my Honda S2000.
I have some months of research into this and settled on using Bilt Hamber epoxy resin. I am happy this should be more than up to the task of preserving the underside.
However, the existing factory underseal has a rubberised finish, that I would expect with absorb stone chips, but also offer some sound deadening.
Would it therefore be feasible to treat with the BH Epoxy, but then overpaint with a rubberised undercoat like DINITROL 447?
Would be great if anyone has input or real life experience with this.
