rubber grommets

I need some open rubber grommets to fit a 4mm thick panel I cant find any in the uk any where for looking. I am sure they must be available. Any ideas people?

I need half a dozen to fit a 18mm hole and the same to fit a 30mm hole 4mm thick metal 15mm pipe passing through it, I could just use some of the cut to fit bendy grommet strip I have

does not look as nice as a proper rubber grommet though, I will use the cut to size length i have
