Grind the teeth off a hole saw to make a knife edge, and press it out. A bit of WD40 helps lube it up

Basically need to make a rubber oil seal. To stop crap going in the top of mill spindle and causing issues. Literally just gonna be a disc that sits in place, the rotating spacer under the locnut will ride on the inner diameter.

Isn't tpu what they overmould power tool handles with, the black bits on the handle etc?I'm unfamiliar with tpu.
Whatever it is it needs to be quite flexible so that the seal is tight around the ID
