An extension to my w/shop powerfloated the floor, it will house my welder, slip rolls, box pan folder when I get one, fly press, circle cutter bead roller, I hope to keep it a cleanish room waiting on a price for a butyl roof before I order materials

That was as far as the war office would let me go I had to compromise, that part of the garden was a sun trap

A conex box with pipe legs in the corner sockets would make a dandy second floor.

Have thought about GRP roof. I've done one shed and a large pergola roof. I've one more shed to do. There's lots of step by step videos on YouTube. It's quite easy if a little stressful with drying times!

I've seen people work out of really small spaces, I suppose alot will depend on what you're making,

I'm looking at a few options, the look from the house will be as important as it not leaking, I think my cousin sells that grp stuff, I'm calling in some time this week to talk to him about it,

Out of interest and if it’s not a rude question, what sort of cost would that GRP run at?
The garage/workshop at Wedg1e Villas is 30x9 feet or so and has felt over felt, it’s been patched that many tmes. Could do with a proper job.

I've yet to get the bill, my cousin sells the paint etc so it was a natural choice,
