care to stand on it yourself with only a 3x2 and 0.7mm thick steel
over a distance of 1.6m span and hope it dosnt snap on you
always think would you want to be on that thickness and not fall through the roof being 2 floors high in the air

pitch is 11 degrees
slope is 1.92m from ridge to, umm, eves (i forget half the terminology - the wall)
does not need any paperwork

If I'm getting this right, that there is a steel rafter every 1.6m, then a 4x2 purlin surely at say 600mm centres would be more than ample.
I echo the question above re pitch too, the box profile sheets have a minimum pitch usually 15° on agri sheds around here (Cumbria) anyhow.

Yeah ridge is the top, eaves is where the wall meets the roof, rafters go up and down the roof, purlins go left to right.

47/50 x 100mm c24 at 900 centers will span 1.64m with an imposed load of 1kn...so 3 purlins slightly overspaced but I would say well within margins
Alternatively 47 x 125 if you want over the top
Minimum 50mm bearing if sat on .
No holes other than fixings.
Usually bolted to a plate welded in the web or on top flange depending where tou want it
