Roof panel sealant

Just after suggestions as to any easily applied sealer which could be used on an old corrugated garage roof. Years of moss, age etc. have led to it becoming porous. The easier to apply the better, as any less time spent clambering up there, the better. Cheers.

Seam sealer or Stone chip , used some 30 years ago on my damaged roof, it was still ok 15 years later.

Assuming it's not corrugated iron , something like this might fit the bill Just be very careful where you tread, , we don't want to read about you falling through it, like some 'yoofs' and thieves seem to manage....

Jetwash it off, let it dry and drown the whole roof with pva. Worst case it would be a clean dust free surface to apply gook too or may even do the sealing job

Yeah quick job on a roof, didn't bother to get changed, managed to stand in some then spent much longer getting it out of the tread in my shoe then it took to do the job

All of the crap was already cleaned off there not too long ago, to see if it would help. It didn't.

Good clean, then cover it in Dacfill paint.

Black Jack. Use it on my workshop and sheds. Clean all the loose off and paint or roller the Black Jack on. It's self amalamating (is that the word?!) - finds all the gaps and cracks and sort of self heals. Good stuff.

pva is no use even the waterproof stuff re emulsifies .u can seal it with sbr bonding agent and then put whatever u want on it
