Yes but you may struggle a bit to find somone that can do that length... my 'baby' set of rolls should do that diameter in 0.5 or 0.7mm stainless (1.0mm would be pushing things) but aren't long enough and my longer slip rolls are bigger so won't do that diameter. Very generally the minimum rolling dia is about 1.5 x the dia of the rolls and most of the time once they get longer than 2' / 600mm with sufficient capacity to handle 1.2 - 1.5mm mild steel (roughly equal to 1mm stainless in 'shaping toughness') the rollers end up at 75mm dia
Could you live with 70 x 1.5mm wall thickness? Easy to find off the shelf in cut lengths as tube although pedantically it's usually 2.75" which is 69.85mm OD.
70 x 1.0mm does exist as tube but will be harder to find, especially without buying a full length
I can't quite get there. I have a set of 500 x 40mm pyramid rolls that cope with 1.5 SS. Tooooo short.
I also have both pyramid and initial pinch 1000 x 76mm rolls, but again no good. Diameter tooooo big.
People often ask me why I have three sets of rolls.
im not afraid of bigger wall thickness, but problem is its not straight piece of sheet but i want roll in tube laser cuted piece with holes cut outs and angled ends, so in other hands, is there any laser cut services, who can do their work on tubing?
BTW, 700mm lenght is roughly measure, may be its even 500mm , i need to check it
