I will at some time be building a barge, so steel can be a full sheet or 4 foot by 4 foot

Depends on what radius your bending....and how hard you want to work

Hi gavuk the kit is cut by laser in belgium and comes from branson boat design.

Hi hitch radius i have yet to work out, if building a narrow boat will need to bend an 8 foot sheet 45 degrees

Quite a large radius then, a set of rollers with the thickness capacity of your sheet wont struggle too much.
You'll be looking at a set with rolls approx 150mm, cant say much more than that really, when you go looking at machines, check the capacity plate.

Whats your budget? The ones we use are hydraulic, makes lightwork of 5mm. And has the force to prebend edges.
