Roller shutter help please

This is the control to my roller shutter and I was wondering if anyone on here had any knowledge of these things? The issue I have is someone has a remote fob and I don't want them to have access so I need to change the frequency or whatever it is you do to swap the channel. Anyone able to help or throw an insight into my possibilities?

A lot of these controllers work on a pairing system, you can do a master reset on the controller so it forgets any fobs that have been paired with it, then re-pair any fobs you want to keep using. Any idea of the manufacturer of the controller?

Is it enough to just delete out all the controllers then re-add the ones I want to work with it?

@Neilj thanks for that I posted as you were posting, The controller is the AC201-17 controller which seems to be well supported/documented and reading a few of the chapters I had sort of come to the same conclusion.

I have one of those I'm sure if you like I will trade you. Mine is on a roller shutter that I don't use but I'd like to keep it complete as I have a matching pair.

This is mine looks similar. I don't have remotes for mine though I just use the buttons. I would like to know where I can get remote control for it.

Cheers for this. I had no idea that my roller shutter was remote-capable but seeing that it was identical to the one that @northwest has I bought a remote fob from your link and for 16 quid I now have a remote controlled roller shutter
