I'd suggest taking some pictures and listing on rangefinderforum.com as there are no fees, and the chances are they would be going to someone who's likely to want to use them.
In terms of selling as one lot or splitting, I would probably try selling as a the complete set in the first instance. You might get a bit more money overall by splitting, but you've got the hassle of dealing with multiple sales, multiple buyers, multiple packages to ship, etc. You can always choose to split after initial listing if someone comes along with a really good offer on the 2.8F for example.
