Rolled steel rings

where can I buy Steel rings from. The size I need is must be 4 or 5 mm rod that is rolled in to circle with ID of 30mm, would be a bonus if they are welded rings

Personally I'd be making a coil round a lump of round bar and running a slitting disc up it, dab of weld and you're done.
