Those are scary looking people. Would you knock on their door with a broken welder?. Be about as scary as bed and breakfast at Fred Wests. Those welders are Made in Germany.............I aint gonna disagree with them......are you ? You sure that aint the Bader Meinhoff gang?

Theyre scarey, but, theyre also really easy to deal with in my experience (and I have actually bought stuff off them myself).
I cant comment on their aftersales, because my cheap nasty unreliable plasma cutter has steadfastly refused to break so far...
