Robotic MIG Welding

Hi,

Can somebody recommend laser (seam searching) sensor manufacturer for arc welding robots?
We have an ABB robot, and I looking for a searching solution.
I'm in contact with ServoRobot company, they produces laser sensors, but I need more offer.
For example Cloos robots use their sensors.
Do anybody have welding robot with laser sensor/camera?

Hi Andras, welcome to the forum.

Which model of ABB robot are you using?. ABB have used laser seamfinders from mid 80's with dedicated inputs etc.

We still don't have any seam searching device, it would be a new purchase.
The robot is an IRB2400L (2010) with an IRBP500K positioner and IRC5 controller.
Fronius TPS5000 power source, VR1500 wire feeder unit.
Do you now wich brand of laser sensors are usually used by ABB (or other brand of robots)?
I'm in contact with the local ABB support, but they seem to haven't got any experience in laser seam searching. I also have not
