Getting a new robot in a week or so and need a good idea how to build a bed to mount fixtures to it. its a rotary with a head and tail plate.
would like it adjustable. width and height .thanks

i designed and built these ... but i want a nice idea for a bed to bolt in to fix odds and end fixtures to.. up and down adjust .. im sure you all know what im talking about

Another vote for Bosch Rexroth - we use them a lot in our industrial designs.I was mainly on the electrical side (design, wiring, programming etc.) so left the fixture design to the mechanical guys
I can only suggest mounting a frame made of a profile system such as Bosh Rexroth between head and tail stocks and using the T slots for flexibility of fixture mounting?
This is primarily a welding forum (although it often goes off track) so it may be worth looking at a Robot forum for more ideas?
