Hi, Sparky ,Hi Wozzaaah, Hi Archie. Thank you all very much, I'm BLUSHING ,honestly I'm not used to people being interested in welding. Most of the people I work with just want to do the job (good ,bad or indifferent ) go home and forget about it. What a refreshing change!
What did I tell you when you first joined?
Stuff like that is considered to be 'welding porn' to some on here
It's always good to see heavy work like that, it makes a refreshing change from things like benches and welding carts (not that there's anything wrong with seeing that sort of thing on here mind ).
And there was me thinking it was you supposed to be keeping her in check....
Hehe...he's only pretending!
once you get to know him!!! whooooohoooo! let the tigger out!!

I never look, been doing it so long but I would think around 300 ampsExcellent work there Tino, how many amps do you need welding something that thick?
All our sets are 500 and 600 amp running 1.6mm solid wire with 25%/75% gasNice work!! What sort of kit are you using for that?
That looks very nice, How thick was the steel and what machine and amps did you use???
It puts my little bit of migging welding the foot back onto an ironing board I did today to shame
Tino
Do you know what the customer has to pay for a job like that?
