Ring rolling

Looking for someone with a ring roller that can roll some 20mm (or nearest? stainless box section.
Want to make a threshold strip for a curved mat well..

900mm radius, thinking if i can get a bend i can chop the top few mm off and use it to clamp and tidy the join

Sorry to be a kill joy, I think you would be better off with a rectangular mat well that extends across the door and the side window. Watch where your family put their feet when they come in, I bet it is outside the quadrant you have drawn. Even if they keep to the quadrant, the rest of the mat will be handy for wet shoes etc.

Yup I'm with that, curve will look nice but your taking up the whole door swing standing on the mat.

I see where you are coming from but this is more to cover up a monumental balls up
When I fitted the door the carpets were up.. put carpet back down, door dont open. Adjusted door as much as I could and cut out the underlay under the door swing area.
So getting new carpets i need a way to thin down just that bit in the doors swing, not so much for muddy shoes.
Would like to keep the mat to a minimum to avoid it while walking bare foot

Why box section?, I have made them from flat bar just bent by hand round a curved former or a couple of round pins welded to the bench, 20 x 6 or 20 x 8 would bend dead easy to that curve,

I would say you need flat, so there's no tripping hazard, pretty much like they put in between rooms.

Didn't know flat bar could bend that much and stay flat, could be an option
Was thinking box to cut it and get a lip that would clamp into the pile.

20mm angle or tee will easily bend to that radius, with a little practice you could do that with a couple of formers in a vice

I would still make it usable space but hey its your feet and door
