A D3? How is it attached to the spindle?I use an Eccentric Engineering parting tool in my lathe. You run the lathe in reverse. The chips fall out rather than building up. My Boxford has a D3 chuck mount.
I think A, B, C 3565 models, whenever Boxford is mentioned. You have, of course, a late modelSorry I meant D1-3. Three cams in the nose piece tighten on the waisted area of the pins.
