Alright lads, my brothers popped his head into my garage yesterday & asked if I fancied a little project.
He wants one of these building because he doesn't fancying shelling out $800 + carriage for it.

Now.. I'm absolutely fine with building the frame, handle bars, attaching a cushion & the such.. The only thing I'm thinking is what's the best way to mount this bar that holds the weight to the underneath of the frame?
Bearing's, pivot points, bolts? Which'll be best?
Any ideas chaps? Much appreciated
