retaining clip thingy

I'm trying to replace an internal retaining clip that has teeth on the outside edge but I cant find them anyone know the name of them
its like a thin washer with teeth

neither of those I'm afraid but it looks similar to an external star lock washer if it had less teeth and was flattened out and then dished slightly, anyway
maybe if it was the right size it might work, I will see if I can match the size

Sounds like one of those things that hold pram wheels to the axle. But this one grips on the bore sides instead of the shaft.

it think paul is right but you know best because you can see what your after.
but what paul linked to are retaining rings and not for under a nut, the star washer the lads put up a pic of is for under a nut.

id imagine its either the TI or the DTI version in the link.

yes its the ti or dti ,I think the original link was different anyway that's the one
