Repairing /Servicing second-Hand welders

I may be acquiring a secondhand welder or two (MIG)
Obviously they are not things to go poking around inside without expert electrical knowledge. Can anyone recommend a person or place to have an initial look at them, diagnose and possibly repair. Preferably somewhere or someone who is known and trusted ?

blimey you work cheap weldequip. doubt down this end of the world you could get anyone under 40 quid an hour
