So, quite by accident, while searching for rare equivalents of names, I bought a huge TEKA stainless steel hood at a flea market for 10 euros. This model still sells for about 700 euros. The thinnest inox sheet used in the construction of the box is at least 1 mm. Excellent German squirrel wheel fan. You need to clean it with steam, polish off the traces of abrasive cleaning and you can hang it in its place. A report with photos and videos will come later.

There is no way to extend the ventilation duct to the street. You will have to make an additional large filter with activated carbon to recirculate the air.

I posted the first three parts of the video on Instagram. I drilled out the rivets and took the hood apart into 2 parts to completely clean the inside. For the sake of design, the stainless steel is satin-finished and collects all the grease. Needs a little polishing.
