My partner works for an multinational insurance company, and they are looking for qualified engineer with a specialty in renewable energy to join their team, particularly with experience of wind and solar.

The thing about pension plans is, well, sometimes the company decides to, er, change them. One day it's great, the next just average....

yes now works for bp lightsource on the solar farms in kent electrical technician working her way up doing high voltage switching .

gets a yearly bonus depending on work output and jobs completed no work = no bonus

I work for an energy company, profits were good last year so everyone in the company, 10k+ people, got £500

Not as high a BP profits though

If shes BP staff, and the share schemes are still on the go, make sure she participates fully! Tis or was a very good schemes
