Serviced my wife's clio today it's a 2006 1.2l 16v petrol. We've had it since 2009 and it had 27k miles when purchased. It's only on 62k miles now. It's still running the original cambelt I say every year that I must change it. Maybe next year.

Don't panic @Bornfree - I got a 2010 1.2 Renault Clio - two door poverty spec model in white - got it with 55k on clock in 2018 - it is now 2026 and it now has 94k on the clock. I never done the cambelt on mine either (they don't break in these D4F engines as a rule - unless the waterpump goes)
Cambelt replacement intervals are
Upto 2010 72000 miles or 60 months phase 1
2010 onwards 72000 miles or 72 months phase 2
Mine was overdue for time when I bought it - and now it is also well overdue for mileage 8yrs later.
It was cheap trade in - with a bit of light panel damage - I never repaired it. Wifey been running about in it - I hate the car. Sump is rotting out on it now.
None across the full map? They are a weird engine. They seem to have the same power and torque at 1500rpm as they do at 6000 rpm.
