In where I work, we use a robot for moving timber around. The arms of the robot have lots of m5 grub screws which are sharpened on one end to grip the timber when the arms are closed.
I need to replace the grub screws because they have gone blunt but.... they are stuck. They have been thread locked in and due to the lump of metal they are going through, it is diffficult to heat. I have already snapped a few allen keys.
Any suggestions?
