as goes for boundary reference alot are arrogant they think they have a right to air and do as they please
they cant and ive just had it from my own brother
this is 4" over the boundary wall as that stone wall is shared no one has the right to that sort of a build
so i hacked it level and told them to put a flat metal edge on the end
at one time it was fit a 1" barge board on the outer boundary nowadays this can be used as metal roof endwall flashing so a 1" barge board is no longer a viable option when dealing with boundary edges
