Clearly someone who takes coffee seriously (as it should be!) I'll stick with my Sage Barista Express which I thought was expensive enough without starting down another road of expensive addiction - it's a bit like looking at welders and realising just how much better a top-of-the-range Fronius/Lorch/EWM etc is when compared to a Sealey. A kettle will boil water which you can throw on some granules in a mug and call the result coffee...the Sealey will stick two bits of metal together, but the others open a whole world of possibilities - pulse, double pulse, infinitely variable settings etc and they can stick bits of metal together too!
