Woodbine cigarettes, you had to be desperate to smoke those, some old farts would not smoke anything else, but offered one of those I would do without. Haven't smoked for 40 years, that's probably what made me give up. Embassy were 1/11d when they came out, then Cadets came on the market, I think they were 1/6d for ten if my memory is right.
Milk machines are something I haven't seen for years, very good if you got a flat tyre on hour pushbike, buy a pint of milk put about a cupful in the pump & push it into the tyre. Pump up tyre & drink the rest of the milk. The milk turns to butter inside the tyre & blocks the hole. Got home many times with that.
