Not according to part No.they are the same, it was ordered with the photo of original data plate etc.
There is a socket for external T stat that is not on original, that had the cut out but no pins.
The new one comes with a link for that contention, fan won't run without link in
I agree about ruling out CB but there is only the fan (working)
The photo cell disconnected and replaced, and the fuel solenoid + motor capacitor
The only feed into burner is through CB

I have a selection of burners here that you could swap and change parts with, but i think you are further than "just down the road"?
