regulator adapter

Hello all, I've just bben to an autojumble and was after an adapter for a co2 bottle to argon regulater - but they wanted £20 for it! It was a piece of brass obviously with one nut to bottle and a female thread to the reg. Someone told me somewhere that a gas supplier charges a few quid for a similar fitting! Anyone shed any light on this?

ive got one somewhere it was bought local for around a fiver i think was a good while ago though
