We’ve owned our 3 bed semi in West mids since 2006 and it appears to have gone up hardly 10% in value.

supposed to be def and dumb and flogging sketches of animals places etc. had a load in a folder . they looked real good. didn't really want one so gave him a couple of quid and on his way . time will tell

I knew it would be a con and didnt want what he was selling. just got rid of him for 2 quid because I was in no mood to stand there and listen to sob story or argue
the last one I told where to go nearly ended up fisticuffs and a bit of swearing . im going to make a sign up no doorstep sellers and just point to it if any arrive and shut door in there face without speaking
Yep....thats exactly what I have.... "no cold callers" sticker on my door...I listen to what they have to say, politely point to the sign and then thank them and close the door!!
Couple of quid on fleabay....you'll make the cost back in a week or two
