Someone will know the answer.... Those silver refective windscreen covers would be useful to keep my car cool.
On the outside they may blow off, stolen or get ruined etc...
Used on the inside is it going to cook/crack the glass with near twice the light transmision and heating of the glass?
I would primarily use it on the rear window as I sometimes keep my rock climbing kit or a couple litres of 2t petrol mix in the boot. For now I keep the reflective under the parcelshelf which isnt doing much.
Same questuon for tinting. My windows are all plain as standard. Id quite like to get the rear boot and rear passenger windows tinited, to stop car lights irritating me from beind.
