    This one has gone wonky, not happy.

    30VAC in then anything from 3.2VDC to 23.4VDC out.
    Had it in bits, dusted of the AVO8. one diode has fluctuating resistance, one is stable until taped. The last 2 are good.

    I've put a separate 12vdc transformer to the fan and it works ,still no current to the control board ,when I depress the trigger on the torch
    The overeating and torch LEDs go on
    The relay clicks and the fan go on when I switch the entire machine on
    But still not current on the control board

    I don't know if it is relevant to your situation, selenium diode packs tend to burn out cell by cell and give odd readings while they do it.
